Monday again! I have some menus that weren't used last week, so there may be some repeats. Today is sunny and predicted to be in the 80s, so I may revise today's menu to wraps and pasta salad, but I'm not sure yet. It's supposed to get cooler again tomorrow. Hard to believe that just last Monday we were in the grip of a snowy, rainy northeaster! Here's my plan:
MONDAY: Spinach Feta Frittata, Salad, Ciabatta Rolls
TUESDAY: Golden Seafood Chowder, Whole Wheat Bread
WEDNESDAY: Leftovers from Tues.
THURSDAY: Pork Chops w/ Scalloped Potatoes, Winter Squash, Applesauce
FRIDAY: Lemon-Dill Chicken Popover, Cranberry Jello Salad, Squash
SATURDAY: Speedy Minestrone, Italian Bread
SUNDAY: Veggie Chili, Cornbread
