In contrast to the photos in yesterday's post, these show a gorgeous blue sky. I took these on Thursday. We have been having gorgeous fall weather, what the old-timers would call Indian Summer. Again, these pictures were taken with the Kindle so they are not as good as they would have been with the camera. But they give you an idea as to our foliage here and to the incredible blueness of the sky.
All of these were taken around my dad's home, mostly looking out on various fields.
And then this one below is of his blueberry bushes ... just a closeup of some of the glorious leaves.
Lastly, some October-blooming roses ... just as a little surprise! They are not as pretty or as plentiful as the ones I found last year, but they were a fun surprise.
Hope you've enjoyed these photos of the changing leaves in one New Hampshire neighborhood!
Beautiful scenes♥ Have a wonderful day ♥
ReplyDeleteThank you, Summer, and thanks for visiting! You have a wonderful day as well.
DeleteSuch pretty, pastoral scenes. Nothing like a New England autumn!
ReplyDeleteIf you click to enlarge the top two pictures, Vee, you'll see a vintage tractor in the middle of that field. Not for decoration, just ready to be used.
DeleteSo true, nothing like a New England autumn. We are so blessed to live here!
Oh such beauty, be still my heart! I love the blue blue sky, and the vibrant colors, so glorious! Enjoy every minute my friend... our leaves are falling fast here! :)
ReplyDeleteIsn't it lovely, Marilyn? The blue sky and the colored leaves so speak to the glorious artistry of our Creator God!
DeleteIt's windy here today so the leaves are falling fast here too. The color is not quite at peak in our area yet, though we saw some lovely color yesterday as we traveled to church and then to visit my dad.
