Today was a great day as far as this challenge is concerned. Here's what I did:
* Started my day with a wonderful devotional time.
* Worked on my memory verse.
* Ate healthy all day.
* Went for a nice long walk.
* Exercised.
* Drank plenty of water.
* Read a chapter in Body Clutter.
* Filled out my body clutter investigator -- a tool I have neglected to use in recent weeks.
It's been an encouraging day!
