Menu Plan Monday for January 14


Another Monday! It's a snowy one here in New England. Here's my plan for the week:

MONDAY: Tortilla Enchilada Soup, Multigrain Bread

TUESDAY: Rosemary Chicken with White Beans

WEDNESDAY: Shrimp Monterey, Salad, Rolls

THURSDAY: Three-Cheese Enchiladas, Winter Blend Vegetables

FRIDAY: Kielbasa Bow Tie Skillet, Coleslaw

SATURDAY: Baked Fish Chowder, Oatmeal Bread

SUNDAY: Italian Wedding Soup, Oatmeal Bread

    I came here from "There is No Place Like Home". I've enjoyed visiting and will be back again soon. Your menu plan sounds wonderful. What time to you serve dinner? It would be a bit hard to get there every evening, coming from the West Coast! Would you share the recipe for your Tortilla Enchilada Soup? I'm sure it's wonderful. ~Adrienne~
