This photo, taken Thursday evening, shows how gorgeous sunsets can be around here. The sky changed over the course of 45 minutes or so and went through several different stages, all of them beautiful. This was its last hurrah, about 9 p.m.
Later today I hope to post some more quotes from my notebook and later this week perhaps some pictures of our Father's Day adventure. Hope everyone is enjoying a splendid Monday so far...
Hello! I just stumbled on your blog and wanted to tell you how beautiful the pictures are that you take. I kept scrolling down-hoping for more! I love the ones that you coupled with Scripture and was amazed that you had been the photographer too. I am very interested in photography and experiment all the time with my Canon. MOST of my pictures on my blog are just snapshots for family taken with a cheapo digital camera but every now and again I post some of my 'goodies'.

ReplyDeleteRebecca -- Not all the photos coupled with Scripture are my own. Only the ones where I mentioned when or where they were taken are ours. I actually was not the photographer of those -- my husband took most of them, and the ones taken in Nevada were taken by our daughter or son-in-law as we did not have a digital camera then.
The other Scripture photos are from a great source I stumbled across that does not require a link back. I wish there were more of them. There are some great graphics on this site. ..Hope the link works.
I am just learning to use our digital camera but am having fun playing around with the photos we have in our iPhoto gallery.
