These are good goals. I really should try to get enough sleep rather than spend hours trying to do everything around the house.

Thanks, Gina! I do find that if I make a plan for each day and try to fit each activity into a good time slot, it helps so much.
It is really surprising how getting enough sleep helps so much. We set a goal the past couple of weeks to be in bed by 8:30 any night that we are home. We seldom meet that goal, but it has gotten us into bed by 9 and that's wonderful.
