  2. Hi Mrs. T,
I have your sweet potato oven fries on my menu for this week. I am generally not a huge fan of sweet potatoes but my husband and son really like them. I know that they are so good for you and this seems like a great way to include them. I will let you know how they come out. Have a great week.

  3. Hi ladies,

Nice to see you here at my kitchen table on this dreary rainy day!

Rachel, I hope you enjoy the sweet potato fries. I was very pleased with how they turned out. Used this way, there isn't the mushy sweet potato texture which may be what makes them not your favorite.

You have a great week too!

    God bless,
    Mrs.T

  4. I like your title, Across my Kitchen Table. It feels all nice and cozy here. Could I have your Sweet Potato oven fries recipe? And, your Ranch French Bread? Thanks. And, thanks for sharing your menu plan this week. :)

  5. Brenda,

Welcome to my kitchen table! I'm so glad my kitchen feels like a warm cozy place to you... that is what I strive for here.

I will post the recipes you asked for later today. The Ranch French bread is on here somewhere, but I want to add my homemade ranch dressing mix recipe to the post. I think the fries are in a Picnic by the River post, but not sure. I'll post them again anyway for you.

    God bless,
    Mrs.T
