Menu Plan Monday for July 23
Wow, Monday again already. It looks like a busy week ahead, and we are having overnight guests on Wednesday night. Here’s my plan for the week:
MONDAY: (leftovers from Sunday) Hamburgers/Hot Dogs, Potato Salad, Tomato/Cucumber Salad
TUESDAY: Veggie Stuffed Peppers, Southwestern Rice Bake, Baby Carrots
WEDNESDAY: Tuna Melts, Multigrain Chips, Cherry Tomatoes
THURSDAY: Company for breakfast; Homemade Granola, other cereals, Raspberry Muffins, Chocolate Peach Muffins
Supper meal for parents: Chicken Divan, Noodles, Petite Bean Blend
FRIDAY: Italian Submarine Sandwich, 3-Bean Salad
SATURDAY: Simple Shrimp Scramble, Sweet Potato Oven Fries, Easy Veggie Salad
SUNDAY: Crockpot Ribs, Potato Salad, Easy Veggie Salad
