Here's how things went yesterday:
* Health & energy -- kept up with the Body Clutter Investigator, ate well, drank plenty of water, got 30g fiber, exercised, and got 6.5 hours sleep.
* Devotional life -- continued my study of Psalms; worked on memorizing 2 Peter 1:8-9. Had a wonderful quiet time of reading the Bible and praying.
* Homemaking -- made a schedule for my day. Did some laundry, worked on a shopping list, did some work in zone 4.
* Creativity -- Wrote in my journal. Spent some time on a sewing project. Posted in my blog. Spent an hour or so with a friend planning crafts for a kids' outreach our church is doing.
So that was day 16 of my challenge. I'm quite pleased with how things went.
How about you? If you're taking part in this challenge with me, share your thoughts in the comments!
You did very well! Good work and with all that company, Wow!
ReplyDeleteI haven't been as faithful the last 2 days. I'll post soon so you can get caught up with my progress. Mr. Doug has had things for me to do after work and it has been very very busy at work too. Time is at a premium right now. I hope to catch up or maybe I should say just get back on track tomorrow with a little exercise and more time with the Lord as well.
The garden looks wonderful! Ours is doing well too. Isn't it exciting to see veggies growing right in the yard. I do like veggies. Expecially fresh ones. It's hard to wait for those first ripe tomatoes!!!
Mrs. Doug
Thanks, Mrs.Doug!
ReplyDeleteHope you can meet your goal of a little more exercise and time with the Lord today.
Thanks for your nice comment about the garden. I know it isn't doing that well compared to yours (and a lot of other people's) but I am tickled that at least a few things are growing. We now have one tomato coming along!
Have a great day!
God bless,
Mrs.T
