Our all-wise Creator

Each day during my prayer time I look at one of the attributes of God, or one of the spiritual blessings He showers upon His children.  Today I was looking at wisdom, and one of the verses I had written out concerning God's wisdom is this one:

"O LORD, how manifold are Thy works!  In wisdom hast Thou made them all: the earth is full of Thy riches."
(Psalm 104:24)

This has long been one of my favorite verses about God.  Lately I have seen so many beautiful things: peonies, sunsets, a doe with a fawn, and much more.  Truly God's works are manifold and all that He does is done in infinite wisdom.

As I read this verse today, I was reminded of a graphic I made years ago.  My eldercare responsibilities continue to be heavy, but this season is being allowed by God in His wisdom.  I thought I would share this graphic again as an encouragement to myself and others.

    1. Hi Polly!

Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment! Wish I'd had time to write a longer post, but God's Word speaks for itself without my help. Love this verse.

Hope all is well with you and your hubby! Miss you both!

    1. Hi Stephanie!

I'm fine, just busy and very tired from eldercare responsibilities. Some of the load has lightened a bit but there is still plenty to do!

I'm glad you enjoyed the post. God's Word is always such a blessing and encouragement. This verse is a particular favorite of mine. I didn't take the photo for the graphic -- my son-in-law did, I think. Not sure if it's Utah or Nevada, but a lovely scene nonetheless.

You have a wonderful weekend too! Thanks for the visit!

  3. Beautiful! We always need to be reminded of just how blessed we are. I feel for you on the elder care. I have had a bit, but not nearly as bad as it could be AND I have to remind myself of that blessing too.

    1. Thank you, Sandy! I am glad you enjoyed the post and the reminder.

Yes, eldercare is so hard. My mother was very difficult, and I thought that managing her care was hard enough. But my dad was her primary caregiver and so that did limit how much I had to do. Now it is just me, and there are SO many details to be attended to. The Lord gives grace and strength, however!

  4. Hi, Mrs T. I've missed you...I'm sorry to hear of your heavy responsibilities. It seems like it was just yesterday that we were talking about our families and our trials. I've been layed up with neck surgery that didn't quite go the way we'd hoped. My blog was been frozen and no matter what I did nothing worked. We've got it back up and running, I think I may start blogging again. I'm waiting on the Lord for direction. I'll be praying for peace and refreshment for you. As always I was blessed in visiting here today!

    1. Patty, I have missed you too! I'm always so tickled when I bump into you (so to speak) on Pinterest.

I'm so sorry to hear of your problematic neck surgery, and will be praying for comfort and healing for you. So happy, though, to hear you have your blog up and running again. Hope you will soon be posting! You still have much to share, I am sure.

Thanks for stopping by and leaving such an encouraging message. And thanks especially for your prayers!
