HEALTHY HABITS FOR MAY:  Drink more water/get more sleep/get more exercise/limit sugar
WORD FOR 2021: Steadfast

  1. Always interesting to read your list. ☺️ I am working on getting some healthful veggies into my diet. Starting with radishes of all things.

    1. I recently found a radish salad recipe that I really want to try. I may make that today. If it's good I'll post about it.

  2. I’m trying to get back on my eating plan full time.

  3. That is a good list
Radishes this summer will be a regular diet element.
