HEALTHY HABITS FOR JULY: Drink more water/get more sleep/get more exercise/intermittent fasting/limit carbs
WORD FOR 2024: Continue
I love that little picture of the green screen door and entry above. That is so sweet. My kind of place. Yes, summertime goals are good, especially getting plenty of water and rest and staying cool as possible. Exercise is limited to when we can not be out in the extreme heat, so we try to take walks in the evening or early morning if possible. Praying you and yours have a lovely 4th of July celebration!!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Pam! That little picture is a scan from the Anne of Green Gables book of days.
ReplyDeleteWe are going to be busy with our fourth of July picnic at church, and my husband will be involved with a patriotic float in a parade in a nearby town in the morning. So it should be a very nice day! Hope yours is lovely too.
I too love that illustration! It just speaks of summer days of the past. I like to think of those days, less hurried, less stress. I am always trying to drink more water. I do well for awhile, and then...Oh well! I can always start again! Have a nice holiday!
ReplyDeleteI am so impressed with your list! Lots of sweet inspiration here, and I love your word for the year!
