Menu Plan Monday for May 21


Well, it's Monday again. I have quite a few repeats from last week owing to menus not used.

MONDAY: Leftovers from the past few nights -- Creamy Chicken Vegetable Soup (made from the remnants of Sunday's Changeling Chicken) and Golden Seafood Chowder (from Sat.); Whole Wheat Bread

TUESDAY: Spinach-Stuffed Pizza; Five-Bean Salad

WEDNESDAY: Salmon Salad Sandwiches; Five-Bean Salad; Baby Carrots

THURSDAY: Alphabet Vegetable Soup; Cornbread

FRIDAY: Picnic meal with other ladies for lunch (postponed from last week) -- I'm bringing Cucumber Sandwiches, Honey Mustard Potato Salad, Marshmallow Brownies. Supper will be probably leftover potato salad and Crock-Pot Ribs.

SATURDAY: Overnight Spinach Manicotti, Salad, Bread

SUNDAY: Italian Wedding Soup, Multigrain Ciabatta
