Back On Track Challenge, Day 10
Today wasn't a super day, but I stayed on track quite well:
* Health & energy -- ate healthy all day, kept up with BCI, drank plenty of water, exercised, went for a walk
* Bible study -- worked on Sunday School lesson, spent time going over Psalm 119.
* Homemaking -- kept up with most of my routines, made homemade hamburger buns to freeze.
* Creativity -- did a tiny bit of cross-stitch, tweaked my tea-time display on the dining room hutch.
In other news... finished up all of the printing, proofing and organizing on the kids' devotional book. Lord willing, it goes to the printer tomorrow!

Hello, I had a few minutes and thought I would drop buy your blog. If you don't mind my asking, what is BCI and how does it help. Take care and have a nice day.

Hi Linda,
ReplyDeleteWhen I tell you what BCI is, you'll see why I don't bother to spell it out each time. I think I did spell it out in one of the first "back on track" posts I did, but that was a couple of weeks ago. It stands for "Body Clutter Investigator" which sounds sort of weird but really isn't. It's just a printable form (from FlyLady.net) and it has spaces to note down what you ate, how many glasses of water you drank, what kinds of exercise you got, how much sleep you're getting, whether you took your vitamins, whether you kept up with your homemaking routines that day, etc.
I find that it is really helpful in keeping me on track with all of those healthy habits that I really need to stick with.
Hope this answers your question! Please stop by my kitchen table anytime!
God bless,
Mrs.T
Hello,
ReplyDeleteYes, you did answer my question. It sounds like a good idea. I did try to find it in your previous posts, but couldn't. Thank you for your time.
