  2. I admire you and your organization for your meal plans. I used to be very organized. I had meals planned for 3 months at a time. This was when I was raising my 4 children. I need to get back to that. It sure helps on the budget!! Happy eating!

  3. I read about your Pepper Jack Chicken recipe on Seasonal Delights this morning and wanted to stop by and say thank you. I'm going to try your recipe this weekend as it sounds ever so delicious.

  4. Hi ladies,

Thanks so much for stopping by my kitchen table! It's good to have you here. Yes, menu planning really does save money and frustration too, as you don't have to always wonder what to fix for supper. I am flexible and will juggle my meal plans around within a given week if necessary, but it is so helpful to have the basic plan in place.

Junie Moon, hope you enjoy the chicken. We love it!

    God bless you all,
    Mrs.T

  5. I made your pepper jack chicken on Tuesday and it was wonderful! My husband told me that his coworkers were very jealous when he was reheating his leftovers for lunch yesterday! :~)

I am making a pie today, and am going to give your oil pie crust a try! I know it will work because you haven't let me down yet! :~D

  6. Hi Arlene!

So nice to see you here today! That is a neat story about your husband reheating his leftovers. That recipe sure is a keeper. I'm glad everyone is enjoying it so much.

Hope the oil crust is also a keeper for you. I would not make a pie any other way!

    Have a wonderful day!
