Menu Plan Monday for September 10


Here it is Monday again! I just don’t know where the time goes, but it certainly does pass very quickly. Here’s my plan for this week:

MONDAY: Strawberry Sticky Chicken (leftover from Sunday); Rice Pilaf; Fresh Garden Vegetables

TUESDAY: Beef Ragu with Ravioli; Italian Mixed Vegetables

WEDNESDAY: Spiral Stromboli; Easy Veggie Salad

THURSDAY: (ministry meal) Alfredo Veggie Lasagna (I’m making 2 of these and will serve one to company on Saturday); Tomato Aspic; Italian Bread

FRIDAY: Crab Melt Loaf; Pasta Salad; Baby Carrots

SATURDAY: (company meal) Alfredo Veggie Lasagna; Tossed Salad; Ranch French Bread; Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

SUNDAY: Italian Sausage with Vegetables; Ranch French Bread

  3. I just wanted to tell you that I made your Creamy White Chili for a church fellowship yesterday, and everyone loved it! There was barely a bite left for me, lol! Our pastor even asked me to give his wife the recipe :~) Thank you for always being willing to share your recipes with us!

    Arlene, I am so happy that the white chili was a hit at your church fellowship. I think I can honestly say that that recipe (originally from Taste of Home, I believe) has been a hit every time I've served it, and I don't think I have *ever* served it without being asked for the recipe. It is a keeper, for sure!
