Strawberry decor ... and more

In August, I'll be decorating my hutch with some seashore-themed items, but for now I wanted to quickly show you all my strawberry decor.  In addition, I know I never posted pictures of my spring and Easter decorating, so I will show those now as well.
These items are all parts of my strawberry collection.  I like to group many of them together in June and July.

Notice the strawberry bug and the McCoy teapot!

My newest strawberry item -- a Mother's Day gift from my daughter and son-in-law

The other side of the mug

Even a strawberry inside the mug!

Notice the lovely hot mat at the far left made by my friend Ruth!
Now, on to (or should I say back to) Easter and Spring!

I made the felt bunny last year

Love that tiny little bluebird dish

Teapot from a friend; Fiesta® salt & pepper shakers; tin pepper shaker from my childhood

The Bunnykins mug and dish were mine as a child.

Daffodils in a maple-themed mug.  Those daffodils really got around this spring!
Hope you have enjoyed this look at some of my spring and summer decor!

  1. Thanks for sharing Mrs T! I always love to see "seasonal" decorating. After going to Hobby Lobby yesterday I am looking forward to getting out all my Fall things. I must be patient!! One of my aunts collects strawberry motifs too! At one time, her whole kitchen was strawberries! Have a great weekend.

  2. You are welcome, Arlene! I am glad you enjoyed the seasonal decorating -- several different seasons, even! That's neat that your aunt collects strawberry things too. I think I don't have any 2 alike (except things like candle holders, salt & pepper shakers, etc. -- oh, and plates and glasses).

I will get out my fall things on or about Sept. 1. I need to get them in place before our daughter and family arrive on the 18th.

  3. Hello
I collect anything with a strawberry design on it. I love the items you have pictured. Anyway I can purchase them? If so, please let me know. Thanks so much.

  4. Hi Tina,

These items are not for sale, as they are just part of my personal collection of strawberry items. Nearly every one of them was a gift to me.

I would suggest, though, that you look on eBay for some of the items like the pitcher at the top of the post, the mug, the cup and saucer, and the McCoy teapot. Since that one is vintage, you might even find it on Etsy. The strawberry votive holders were from Yankee Candle a few years back.

You can see more of my strawberry items here: Vintage Strawberries, or just click on "strawberries" in the label cloud to the right to see even more. It always amazes me how many different strawberry items are out there. I have no two alike in my collection!

Hope you have success finding some of these things on eBay or Etsy! Do a search and see!

Thanks so much for stopping by to visit my kitchen table! I love company here in my kitchen, so be sure to leave a comment so I'll know you've visited! I'll answer your questions and comments here on the blog unless you request otherwise.
